Kristeen Cochran

Kristeen Cochran, 73, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away on November 19, 2025, at Idaho Falls Community Hospital. She was born on July, 1, 1952, in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Ronald Lamar Rolfe and Carol Gene Hymas.

Kristeen received her education from San Angelo State University in Texas. She worked as a freelance editor and was a gifted wildlife photographer.

She especially loved wildlife photography, hiking, writing, fly fishing, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Kristeen leaves behind a legacy of faith and love. She is survived by a daughter, Melissa Ann Ballard of Montclair, New Jersey, and a son, William Hansen (Mandi) Ballard of Dripping Springs, Texas. A brother, Ronald (Karen) Rolfe of Great Falls, Montana. Grandchildren, Ella Cecile Bauer and William Cochran Bauer, of Montclair, New Jersey. A niece, Brook Rolfe of Great Falls, Montana and a nephew, Brandon Rolfe of Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Kristeen was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Terry Cochran.
