Larry G Musen

Larry G Musen born 17 Dec 1938 in Ashland, Kentucky to Glenn and Macy Musen, passed away at his home in Surprise, AZ 26 Oct 17 with his loving wife by his side. Larry served in the Marines and then the Air Force. He would tell many stories about his years as a Boy Scout Master, his time working with the Space program, his work in the development of the artificial heart, working at the INEL in Idaho Falls, and then at the Hanford facilities while living in Kennewick, WA where he retired from before moving to the Phoenix area. He is survived by his wife Judy K (CAMPBELL) Musen, children Teresa (Greg) Wood, Scott (Belinda) Musen, Christal (Robert) Young, Brandon (Melissa) Musen, a sister Nina (Richard) Tibbs, a brother Terry (Marcie) Musen, 7 Grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren. He was proceded in death by his parents and a sister Myra Murphy. There will be a celebration of Larry's life at his brother-in-law's home, Steven Campbell (3947 East. Menan Lorenzo Hwy, Rigby, ID 83442) Friday night 3 Nov 17 at 6 pm. A viewing Saturday 4 Nov 17 at Eckersell Funeral Home (101 West Main St. Rigby, ID) from 11am to 12pm followed by graveside services at the Annis Little Butte Cemetery. Funeral arrangements in Arizona where handled by Regency Mortuary and Funeral Services will be under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby, ID.
