Levi Tyrell Maughn

Levi Tyrell Maughan, 3 month old infant, died Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born February 6, 2010, in Rexburg to Tyrell Orlo Maughan and Rose Anne Christian Bjornvick Maughan. He is survived by his parents, Tyrell and Rose Maughan sisters, Emma Maughan and Lauren Maughan, brothers, Noah Tyrell Maughan and Joshua Tyrell Maughan, all of Ucon, Grandparents, Orlo H. & Laurel Maughan, of Paul, Idaho, Karen & Larry Gilmore, of Sinica Falls, New York, Anne Lavelle of Summerfield, Florida , and Great Grandparents, Lowell & Mary Maughan of St. George, Utah. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 17, 2010 at the Ucon LDS Stake Center with Bishop Timothy Orchard, conducting. The family will receive friends and family from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Ucon Cemetery, under the care of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
