Linda Irene Blackburn

Linda Irene Chase, Weekes, Wright, Blackburn age 72 of Idaho Falls, passed away January 7th at 12:10 am at Turtle and Crane Assisted Living Center in Idaho Falls, ID. She was born April 21, 1944 in Rigby Idaho a daughter to Von Albert Chase and Georgia Rose Williams Chase. She grew up in Swan Valley and Ririe Idaho. She enjoyed pool, bowling, archery, and boating. She worked as a bartender, painter, cleaned homes and laborer at Idahoan foods. She was always a lot of fun and was very good at everything she did. She is survived by Tim Weekes (Tina), Cindy Whitmill (Brett), Johnny Weekes (Tresa), 16 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren, her sister’s Verna Swager and JoAnn Croft, and her brother Dennis Chase. Preceded in death by her daughter Marie DeWitt, her parents Von and Georgia Chase, Brother Lloyd Chase, Spouses Horton Weekes, Lloyd Wright, and Gary Blackburn. Memorial services will be held at Eckersell Memorial Chapel, Saturday, January 14th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. The family will visit with friends from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
