Linda Ann Johnson

Linda Ann Johnson, 74, of Rigby passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at the Idaho Falls Community Hospital.

Linda was born July 9, 1947, in Orem, Utah a daughter of Robert Arlando Branin and Donna Vee Creviston Branin.  She was raised and attended school in Orem, Utah graduating from Orem High School.

Linda married Blaine Foster Ingram in El Cajon, California.  They were later divorced.  She married Arthur Louis Johnson on April 26, 1970 in Bel Air, MA. They were later divorced.  Linda was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in the Primary for several years, as a missionary leadership President and was an all-star Basketball, volleyball, field hockey and softball player.

She worked as a waitress in California and Massachusetts, in nursing homes in California and Utah, and locally she worked for Canner Seed and Idahoan Foods in Lewisville, Idaho.  She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, crafts, huckleberry picking and most especially spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Linda is survived by her daughters Angela Dawn Barnell of Idaho Falls, Misty (Ken) Brown of Ammon, Adrienne Bates of Idaho Falls, son Michael Shane Johnson of Idaho Falls, sister Judi (Steve) Adams of Rock Springs, Wyoming, brother Howard (Marri Jane) Branin of Orem, Utah, 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers, Doug Carlton, David Branin, Dwayne Branin, Maline Branin, sisters Lorraine Jacobs, and Faith Branin.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lewisville 2 ^nd Ward Chapel.  The family will visit with friends prior to the service from 9:30-10:45 a.m. at the church.
