Lourdes Garcia Ojeda

Lourdes Garcia, 25 of Rigby, Idaho passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Lourdes was born October 10, 1993 in Torrance, California to Maximiliano Garcia Rodriguez and Elena Castaneda Garcia.  She was raised and attended schools in Rigby.  She was blessed with two sons, Miguel Angel Martinez and Marcos Martinez Jr.    Lourdes worked for Bench Mark and Burger King in Rexburg and was most recently employed as a customer service representative for Sprint Telecommunications.

Lourdes was a member of the Catholic Church.  She loved to spend time with her children and family and enjoyed keeping in touch with friends.  She was deeply loved by her family and was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, sister and friend.

She is survived by her companion, Marcos Martinez; sons, Miguel Angel Martinez, Marcos Martinez Jr. all of Rigby; parents, Maximiliano of Midland Texas and Elena Garcia of Rigby; sister Lorena Garcia of Idaho Falls; brothers, Ruben Garcia of Midland, Texas, Sergio Garcia of Boise, and Carlos Garcia of Rigby.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

A Rosary will be held Monday evening at 6:00 P.M., June 24, 2019 at Eckersell Funeral Home, 101 W. Main Street, Rigby, Idaho 83442.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday June 25, 2019 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church 145 9th Street, Idaho Falls, ID 83404.

Interment will be in the Annis Little Butte Cemetery.  Services are under the care of Eckersell Funeral Home in Rigby.  Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.eckersellfuneralhome.com
