Martha Mary Foster

Martha Mary Foster, 94, of Rigby passed away at her home on July 24, 2024.

Martha was born November 2, 1929 in Salina, Kansas a daughter of Francis Butschle and Mary George Butschle.  She was raised in Salina, Kansas where she graduated high school.  Martha has lived in Salina, Kansas, Grand Junction, Colorado, Idaho Falls, Idaho, Dubois, Idaho, Menan, Idaho and Rigby, Idaho.  She was a member of the Catholic Church. Martha married Leonard Foster February 14, 1950, in Delta, Colorado.  He preceded her in death.

Martha enjoyed jig saw puzzles, cross words, gardening, animals and loved her kids and grandkids.

Martha is survived by her daughter Marilyn (Kim) Hunting of Menan, sons, Charles (Renee’) Foster of Ruth, Nevada, Michael Foster of Rigby, Idaho, sisters Sara (Virgil) Kaley of Fruita, Colorado, Annie (Don) Erickson of Pueblo, Colorado.

She was preceded in death by her parents Francis and Mary Butschle, daughter, Linda Ashworth, two brothers, Lawrence and Vincent and great great grandchild Ashtonn.
