Mary Ellen Walsh, age 50, of Rexburg, died Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg. Mary was born February 10, 1957, at South Bend, Indiana, a daughter of Richard Joseph Rich and Alice Eleanor Keinath Rich. She grew up and attended schools in Littleton, Colorado, graduating from Arapaho High School. She played city league softball in Colorado. She was a member of the Catholic Church. She married Thomas William Walsh II, September 5, 1975 at Littleton, Colorado. She worked as a picture framer for Abbott’s Variety in Rigby for 13 years and K.C. Frames in Idaho Falls for 7 years. She owned and operated You Been Framed in Idaho Falls. She enjoyed golfing, fishing, bike riding and Snow Skiing. She is survived by her husband Thomas Walsh II of Rexburg, a daughter Shayla Ann (John) Pattee of Menan, a son Thomas William Walsh III serving in the U.S. Army in Iraq, two sisters Teresa Virginia Rich of Denver, Colorado, JoAnne Marie (Bill) True of Commerce City, Colorado, two brothers, Timothy Milton (Judy) Rich of Loveland, Colorado, George Vinvent (Debbie) Rich of Denver, Colorado and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one granddaughter. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Annis Little Butte Cemetery. The family will visit with friends on Monday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby. Burial will be in the Annis Little Butte Cemetery.
