Mary C. Wilson, age 66, of Spencer, Idaho died Wednesday, April 9, 2003. Mary was born March 21, 1937 in Idaho Falls, Idaho the daughter of Edward Grant Young and Hazel Nelson Young. Mary was raised in Idaho Falls attending Emmerson Elementary, O.E. Bell Jr. High and graduating from Idaho Falls High School. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mary was involved with the Moose Lodge. She lived most all of her life in the Spencer and Dubois areas. Mary married James Edward Wilson on April 30, 1954, in Buhl, Idaho. Mary loved the outdoors, fishing, cooking for the family, doing jigsaw puzzles in the winter, and was known to be an excellent bread baker. Mary is survived by her husband Jim Wilson of Spencer, Idaho, one daughter MaryAnn (Bill) Funck of Idaho Falls, Idaho, three sons, James (Kitty) Wilson of Afton Wyoming, Alan Wilson of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Bob (Trina) Wilson of Tendoy, Idaho, six sisters, Karen Knight of Spencer, Idaho, Sally Young of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Delight (Dan) Packer of Ucon, Idaho, Betty (Chuck) Delisio of Laughlin, Nevada, Vickie (Elias) Ortega of Rexburg, Idaho, Donna Young of Yuma, Arizona, seven brothers, Ralph (Sherri) Young of Kooskia, Idaho, Joe (Betty) Young of Phoenix, Arizona, Richard (Nila) Young of Boise, Idaho, David (Debbie) Young of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Kent (Annette) Knight of Tucson, Arizona, Brent Knight of Laughlin, Nevada, Reed (Merline) Young of Centerville, Utah, 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and one son Fredrick. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 14, 2003, at the Beaver Creek L.D.S. Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Bishop Brion Egan officiating. The family will meet with friends on Sunday, April 13, 2003, at the Beaver Creek Chapel from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. and prior to the services on Monday from 11:30 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. Burial will follow the services at the Dubois Cemetery under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
