Matthew Peter Krivitza, 28 of Idaho Falls, died Tuesday, November 25, 2008.
He was born November 10, 1980, in Groton Connecticut, to Alexander Joseph Krivitza and Cynthia Marie Barber Krivitza, at Groton New London Naval Base. He graduated from high school in Florida. In 2005 he moved to Idaho.
He was engaged to be married to Nicole Jensen in December, and was excited about the baby they were expecting in the spring.
Matthew loved the outdoors, animals, snakes, and the weather and was good at predicting storms. He enjoyed kick boxing, and boxing and was televised in a competition in Florida.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Cindy and Trent Boyce of Rigby, father, Alexander Krivitza, of Cocoa, Florida, brothers Alexander Samuel Krivitza of Palmlyra, New York, Nicholas Krivitza, Donald Libby, sister, Clarissa Boyce, all of Rigby, a step-brother Tyler Boyce of Brigham City, Utah, fiancé, Nicole Jensen, of Idaho Falls, a son, Devin Tioran of Cocoa, Florida, grandparents Alexander Peter and Dorothy Krivitza of Irondequet, New York, step-grandmother Joann Boyce, of Lewisville, and several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Annunziato Barber and Ethelyn Barber Pellicci and a step-grandfather Blake Boyce.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 29, 2008, at Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to services at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery, under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
