Matthew Philip Vineyard, 47, or Rigby, Idaho died Wednesday, February 18, 2004 at his home in Rigby, Idaho.
He was born September 14, 1956 in Idaho Falls, Idaho the son of Carson Vineyard and Emma Gay Williams Vineyard.
Matt grew up and attended schools in Rigby, Idaho. He was a graduated from Rigby High School. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He worked as a carpenter throughout Southeastern Idaho and Wyoming. He served in the United States Army as a paramedic stationed in Hawaii.
Matt is survived by his mother, Emma Vineyard of Rigby, Idaho. A sister, Bernice (Robert) Flint of Idaho Falls, Idaho. Six brothers, Noel (Martha) Vineyard of Montpelier, Idaho, Bill Vineyard of Salmon, Idaho, K.C. (Beverly) Vineyard of West Valley City, Utah, Gregory (Linda) Vineyard of Casper, Wyoming, Mark (Dell) Vineyard of Jerome, Idaho and David Vineyard of Kemmerer, Wyoming. He was preceded in death by his father Carson Vineyard and two brothers Larry and James Vineyard.
Funeral services will be held Monday, February 23, 2004 at Eckersell Memorial Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Bishop Brian McClain officiating. The family will meet with friends on Monday, February 23, 2004 at Eckersell Memorial Chapel from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Burial will be in the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery in Rigby, Idaho.
