Michael Ray Larsen

Michael Ray Larsen, 18, of Rigby, Idaho passed away June 18, 2018 at his home in Rigby.  Michael was born July 1, 1999, in Idaho Falls, Idaho a son of David John Larsen and Michelle Rae Crossley. Michael was raised and attended school in Rigby and at American Heritage in Idaho Falls.  He was active in sports and played football at Rigby High School.  He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he was involved in the scouting program and was a Life Scout.  He loved the Pinewood Derby.  He enjoyed camping and hunting.  Michael worked at C.I.I.  as a carpenter. Michael is survived by his parents Michelle Fillmore of Rigby, Craig Fillmore of Idaho Falls, David Larsen of Idaho Falls, Twin brother Daniel Larsen of Rigby, grandparents, Doyle & Joan Crossley of Rigby, Barbara Larsen of Idaho Falls, Kenneth Fillmore of Idaho Falls, Sharon Fillmore of Idaho Falls, great grandmother Melba Bazil of LaBelle, Idaho.  Michael was preceded in death by his grandfather Kenneth Larsen, great grandfather Jim Bazil and Uncle Truman James Crossley.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 22, 2018, at the Garfield 4 ^th Ward L.D.S. Chapel (5 North 3900 East Rigby).  The family will visit with friends on Thursday evening from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. at the Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby and prior to the service on Friday morning from 9:30 – 10:45 a.m.  Burial will be in the Grant Central Cemetery.
