Mildred Larue Dodge

Mildred “LaRue” Dodge, age 75, of Ririe, passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. LaRue was born April 13, 1940 in Rigby, Idaho a daughter to Lawrence and Mary Clark Moore. She attended Ririe Schools. She married Robert Dodge, October 24, 1980. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple November 10th 2001. She enjoyed camping, outdoors, crocheting, crafts, John Wayne, Christmas and making fudge for people. She enjoyed visiting at the Ririe Senior Citizens Center, and loved spending time with her husband Robert. She is survived by a daughter Paula Anderson of Idaho Falls, two sons Brad Butler of Whittier, California and Eric (Wanda) Butler of Rexburg, a sister Linda Holst of Lyman, Montana and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Mary and Lawrence Moore, her husband Robert, one son and one sister. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. in the Ririe Stake Center. The family will visit with friends on Monday at Eckersell Funeral Home 101 West Main Street, Rigby, from 7:00 to 8:30 P.M. and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the Ririe Stake Center.
