Milton E. Montague, age 84, of Rexburg, died at the home of his daughter in Rexburg, Sunday, January 9, 2005. Milton was born June 7, 1920, in Rigby, Idaho, the son of Glen Ernest Montague and Myrtle Cordon Montague.
Milton grew up and attended schools in Rigby, Idaho He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints. He married Ruby Geneva Edwards, November 15, 1952 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a member of the Idaho Teamsters Union #671.
Milton drove Haul Pak Mine Trucks and Earth Movers. He drove earth movers on the Palisade,
Teton and Ririe Dams. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, Golf and his family.
He is survived by one daughter, Juanita (Dave) Grimaluskus of Rexburg, Idaho. Three sons. Milton E.(Kay) Montague Jr. of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Boyd Barnes of Island Park, Idaho. Ray Barnes of Menan, Idaho. He is survived by one brother, Chick Montague of Idaho Falls, Idaho. He is survived by five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
He is preceded in death by his wife, one son, one daughter and one grandson and two sisters.
