Nancy Joan Berg

Nancy Joan Berg, 71 of Idaho Falls, passed away Sunday, December 22, 2019 at her home. She was born January 21, 1948 in Dekalb, Illinois to Roy E. Shaffer and Wilma Neal Shaffer. She graduated from High School in Anaheim High School in California. She continued her education and became a hair dresser, lock maker and school teacher. On November 28, 1964 she married Dennis J. Berg in Anaheim, California; they were blessed with a daughter, Lori and a son, Michael. Throughout her life she lived in Anaheim, California, Quesnel, B.C., Susanville, California, Phoenix, Arizona, Winnemucca, Nevada, and Fallon, Nevada. She was a member of the Catholic Church and Eastern Star. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, fishing and camping. She is survived by her husband, Dennis J Berg of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Lori A. Pardovich of Ucon, Idaho, Michael W. Berg of Ucon, Idaho, 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
