Neal Roy Andrus

Neal Roy Andrus, born on January 28, 1962, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away on April 17, 2025, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and passion. Born to Alvin Roy Andrus and Donna May Gohr, Neal spent his entire life in Rigby, Idaho, where he was a proud graduate of Rigby High School. During his time there, he actively participated in FFA and shop, laying the foundation for his lifelong love of working with his hands.

Neal dedicated his career to Madison County, where he served as an assistant fairgrounds manager. He worked alongside his friend and coworker, Evan Wise, ensuring the fairgrounds were always in top condition. Neal's commitment to his community was evident in his tireless efforts and his friendly demeanor, making him a beloved figure at the fairgrounds.

Outside of work, Neal had a zest for life and a variety of hobbies. He had a knack for fixing anything that went fast, often tinkering with engines and enjoying the thrill of speed. He was a member of RMMA, (Rocky Mountain Mower Association). Riding his motorcycle was a favorite pastime, as was spending time shooting guns. In recent years, he found joy in developing his property in Spencer, Idaho, where he embraced the challenges and rewards of creating something with his own hands.

A celebration of life with be held July 3, 2025 at 7:00pm at the Andrus farm.
