Noreen Andersen, 63 of Rigby, passed away Monday, October 24, 2016, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. Noreen was born November 8, 1952, in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Farold Conrad and Nora Jean Duncan Conrad. She was raised and attended schools in Iona, she attended Bonneville High School and graduated from Rigby High School. She married and had 2 daughters, Angie and Britnee; then later divorced. On January 2nd, 1981, she married Darius B. Andersen and had 2 children, Corey and Kara, and gained a daughter, Melanie and a son, Brett. Noreen worked for Broulim’s Grocery Store in Rigby for 20 years, and managed their deli for the last 15 years. Noreen enjoyed playing pool, bowling, playing Yahtzee and growing flowers. She loved the Denver Broncos, camping and 4-wheeling. She especially enjoyed spending time with her children; and adored and loved to spoil her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Darius B. Andersen of Rigby, sons, Corey Brent (Jamie Clark) Andersen, of Rigby, and Darius Brett (Misty) Andersen of Pocatello, and a daughter, Kara Jo (Mike Pruitt) Andersen of Menan, sisters, Carol Chriswell, of Boulder, Colorado, Lee (Stan) Bonas of Birmingham, United Kingdom and 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Farold Gene Conrad, Jeffery G. Conrad, a daughter, Melanie R. Andersen, and a granddaughter, Cassandra "Cassie" Kae Andersen. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 29, 2016 at the Rigby 3rd Ward LDS Chapel(364 N. 4100 E. Rigby). The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Friday and from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m., prior to services, both at the church. Burial will be in the Annis Little Butte Cemetery. Services are under the care of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
