Nori Anne Jones

Nori Anne Jones, 25, of Pocatello, Idaho and formerly of Monteview died September 28, 2004 at her home in Pocatello. Nori was born January 13, 1979 in Rexburg, Idaho, the daughter of Patrick Harkness Jones and Lillian Lanore Smuin Jones. Nori was raised in the Terreton/Monteview, Idaho area where she attended West Jefferson schools and graduated from West Jefferson High School in 1997. While at West Jefferson High School she participated in track competing in the shot put event. During high school she worked at the Simmons Food Town in Terreton. Nori attended Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho where she worked at Broulims and graduated with an associate degree in 1999. She then moved to Pocatello, Idaho where she worked for various employers including JC Penny, Convergys, and Idaho Commerce and Labor where she was employed at the time of her death. Nori loved to be with others, she collected teddy bears and friends. Nori is survived by her father Patrick Harkness Jones, mother Lillian Lanore Jones, and siblings: Samantha Louise Jones (nephew James Christopher Daniels), Francis Russell Jones (sister in-law Erin Hannah Johnson Jones), Lisa Kaye Jones, Albert Franklin Jones, Benjamin Lloyd Jones, Lucy Marie Jones, Monica Sue Jones, and Leroy Allen Jones. Funeral services will be held at the Monteview, Idaho LDS chapel on Tuesday October 5, 2004 at 11:00 am. Interment will be at the West Jefferson Memorial Cemetery immediately following. The family will receive friends on Sunday October 3, 2004 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at the Pocatello, Idaho 26th ward LDS chapel at 3444 Hawthorne Road, and Monday October 4, 2004 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Monteview, Idaho LDS chapel and again on Tuesday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. preceding the funeral service.
