Oakley Sage Cook

Our sweet daughter, Oakley Sage Cook passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2022 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was born prematurely on October 7 ^th and lived a wonderful 12 days in the NICU of Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Though she was only with us for a short time, so much could be said for the impact she had on our lives. She has changed our hearts and taught us what it truly means to love, and to trust the Lord. Oakley’s journey here on Earth has given us witness of God’s goodness and promises. She will always be our little “Rockstar”, and will be missed more than words give us power to describe. We give our gratitude to the doctors, nurses, family, and friends for their love and sustaining support through this time.

Oakley is survived by her parents, Joshua Ethan and Aubrey Anna Cozzens Cook of Rigby, Idaho.  Sister, Samantha and brother, Marshall Cook. Grandparents; Rulan and Kathy Cook of Grant, Idaho, and Doug and Heidi Cozzens of Commerce, Georgia. Great grandparents; Sharon and Bill Felton of Idaho Falls, Idaho and Minnie Cozzens of Powell, Wyoming.

The family will meet from 12:00 Noon to 12:30 PM Friday, October 28, 2022 at Eckersell Funeral Home for family prayer and goodbyes, (101 West Main Street, Rigby, Idaho.) Graveside service for family and friends will follow at 1:00 PM at the Central Cemetery in Grant (154 North 3300 East, Rigby, Idaho).
