Olive Francis Deschamp

Olive Francis Finn Adams Deschamp, 97, of Idaho Falls, passed away in her home Wednesday, April 23, 2014. She was born August 27, 1916 in Clark, Idaho to Wilford Harris and Sarah Jeffs Finn. She attended schools in Clark and Rigby. On May 31, 1932, she married Reed Forsythe Adams. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Olive enjoyed temple work, gardening, cooking, camping, fishing and spending time with her family. Survivors include her children, Robert Kay Adams of Idaho Falls and Douglas Reed Adams of Shelley; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and 57 great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Reed, her second husband Mitchell Deschamp; daughter JoAnn Christensen; son Francis Clair Adams; two brothers; eight sisters and one granddaughter. Funeral Services will be held 2:30 p.m., Saturday April 26, 2014 at Eckersell Memorial Chapel, 101 West Main Street in Rigby. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:15 p.m., prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Rigby Pioneer Cemetery.
