Patricia Kathleen O'Malley-George

Patricia Kathleen O’Malley-George, 77, passed away on January 27, 2024 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

She was born on January 24, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois to John O’Malley and Margaret King O’Malley. She lived in Huntington Beach, CA; San Diego, CA; Idaho Falls, Idaho; and settled down in Roberts, Idaho.

Patricia graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA in Business Management. She worked for Pioneer Equipment most of her days. She also worked for the Post Register and Point Loma Credit Union.

Patricia married John Barzacchini in Los Angeles, CA in October of 1969. They later divorced. She married Richard James George in Roberts, Idaho in November of 1993.

Patricia was a member of the Roberts Community Church and part of the Roberts City Council.

She loved gardening, reading, listening to music, and dancing!

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Richard; siblings Billy, Mary, Sharon, Judy, Toni, Michael, and Terry.

She is survived by her children Margaret Mitchell of Suffern, New York; Gina Thomas of Roberts, Idaho; Rick (Sarah) George of Idaho Falls, Idaho; Daniel (Nickole) George of Lehi, Utah; sisters Barbara (James) Lindberg of Chicago, Illinois; Shiela O’Malley of Chicago, Illinois; brothers Kevin (MaryLou) O’Malley of Iowa, and Johnny O’Malley of Chicago, Illinois; twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be held for Patricia on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Roberts Community Church.
