Patrick Anton Casper, 18, of Driggs, Idaho died Thursday, October 21, 2004 in Wheatland, Wyoming following an automobile accident. Patrick was born on February 28, 1986 in Pocatello, Idaho the son of Val Ray Casper and Sheryl Kae Harder Casper. Patrick attended school in Driggs and graduated from Teton High School in 2004. While in high school he played football, ran track, wrestled and participated in rodeo in the saddle bronc, calf roping, and team roping events. He was a member of the Teton Community Bible Church. He was involved in Boy Scouts of America and 4H with horses. He worked in Alta, Wyoming in construction and was attending North Western College in Powell, Wyoming. Patrick was a good kid who loved his family and Lena his horse. Survivors include his parents, Val and Sheryl Casper of Driggs, one sister, Elyse Marie Casper of Driggs, Grandparents Hans and Donna Rae Harder of Christie, Wisconsin. Patrick was preceded in death by his grandparents Edwin and Vonda Casper. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday October 26, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. at the Teton Community Bible Church in Driggs, Idaho. The family will meet with friends on Monday October 25, 2004 at the Menan L.D.S. Stake Center (698 North 3600 East) from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. and prior to the services at the Teton Community Bible Church (265 North 2nd East, corner of 2nd and Howard) from 10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Burial will follow the services at the Annis Little Butte Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby. Donations may be made to the Patrick Casper Rodeo Memorial Scholarship fund at any location of The Bank of Commerce.
