Patty Marie Day

Patty Marie Day of Roberts passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018 in Idaho Falls at the age of 64.

Patty was born May 27, 1954 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Charles Theodore Walker and Betty Lou Bennett Walker. She attended Lincoln and Coltman Elementary schools in Idaho Falls and Rigby High School.  On November 11, 1970, she married Alvie Ray Day in Menan, Idaho; they were blessed with 3 children; Billieann, Chep and Christopher.   Patty worked at Idaho Fresh Pak in Lewisville, Idaho.

Patty attended Roberts Community Church and Roberts LDS Church. She was a member of the TOPS Club, enjoyed gardening, embroidering, sewing and collecting Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs memorabilia, she was especially fond of Grumpy.  She loved her family dearly and enjoyed going on family trips.

She is survived by her husband Alvie Day of Roberts, Idaho, daughter; Billieann (Toby Hensen) Day, of Roberts, Idaho, sons; Chep (Amy) Day of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Christopher (Vincentia) Day, of Ogden, Utah, sisters; Bettie (Charlie) Day, of Menan, Idaho, Sue (Terry) Schuetz, of Roberts, Jeri (Dave) Nelson, of Goshen, Idaho, brothers; Paul (Kathy) Walker, of Rigby, Idaho, Brian (Jeanne) Walker, of Menan, Idaho, grandchildren; Mason Day and Chandler Day as well as 5 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother; Charles Walker, step-sister; Geraldine Walker Foster, as well as her in-laws; Clifford and Marjorie Day and Walter Day.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Eckersell Memorial Chapel, 101 West Main Street, Rigby. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m., Saturday, prior to services at the funeral home.  Interment will follow at Market Lake Cemetery.  Services are under the care of Eckersell Funeral Home in Rigby, Idaho.
