Pauline Leavitt Konold

Pauline Leavitt Konold, 83, of Rigby, Idaho passed away Monday, May 6, 2019 in Rigby.

Pauline was born August 29, 1935 in Bunkerville, Nevada, the daughter of Calvin Willard Leavitt and Elva Hughes Leavitt. She married Wayne Hobson Konold in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

Pauline was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served in the Primary and Relief Society as a teacher. Pauline enjoyed crocheting, ceramics, sewing, and canning. She loved the outdoors; gardening, going camping, playing in the water, rock collecting.  She especially loved being with family and friends and her animals.

Pauline is survived by her daughter’s; Lynda (Dennis) Glenn and Brenda Walker, both of Rigby, Idaho. Son’s; Donald (Deda) LeClair of Henderson, Nevada, Kenneth Konold, Steven (Beverly) Konold, Richard Konold, Roger ( Candice) Konold all of Las Vegas, Nevada. Brother’s Calvin (Patsy) Leavitt of Blue Diamond, Nevada, Harvey (Karen) Leavitt of Caldwell, Idaho, and Clayton (Nyla) Leavitt of Henderson, Nevada. She had 25 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 11 great great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin and Elva, her husband, Wayne, a daughter, Helena Traini, a brother, William Renay Leavitt, sisters, Norma Burke, MaryLou Clemmons, Helena Leavitt, granddaughter, Katrina Pauline Konold and grandson Kenneth Reese Konold.

A funeral service will be held Monday, May 13, 2019 at 12:00 Noon at the Palm Mortuary (7600 South Eastern Ave. Las Vegas, Nevada).  The family will meet with friends at the mortuary prior to the service from 10 to 11:45 AM. The interment will follow at the Palm Eastern Cemetery.
