Phyllis Jean Mitchell

Phyllis Jean Mitchell, 55 of Rigby, died Friday, April 2, 2004 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Jean was born April 14, 1948 at Fort Bragg, N. C., a daughter of Carl Kenneth Dailey and Ruth Harriet Mickenham Dailey. She graduated from Gresham High School in Gresham, Oregon. On July 5, 1972 she married Richard Merlin Mitchell. He preceded her in death January 22, 1996. Jean worked as a payroll Clerk for the DOE. She enjoyed knitting, fishing, boating and camping. Survivors include: Her father Carl Dailey of Woodburn, Oregon, 2 sisters: Carla Dailey of Woodburn, Oregon and Sherri Thomas of Gresham, Oregon, a brother Robert Church of Boring, Oregon and 2 step sons Michael Mitchell of Pasco, Washington and Darren Mitchell of Pasco, Washington Arrangements were under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel, Rigby, Idaho.
