RaLyn was born March 30, 1961 in Rigby, Idaho at the Maternity Center, the daughter of John Collier and Vaunda Rae Wilson Collier. She attended schools in Elk Grove, California and graduated from Elk Grove High School. She is survived by her sons; Robert Lee McCoy of Nissau, Oregon and Cody John Melon of Sacramento, California. Her mother, Vaunda Gahart of Menan, Idaho. A sister, Rhonda Rae Terry of Fallon, Nevada and two brothers, Randy Collier of Elk Grove, California and Johnny Kirk Collier of Menan, Idaho. Three grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her step-father Lonnie Dell Gahart and a brother, Darrin Collier. Private family services will be held at a later date.
