Robert Kay Adams

Robert Kay Adams, 83, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away December 26, 2021 at his home.

Kay was born March 1, 1938 in Rigby, Idaho to Reed Forsyth Adams and Olive Francis Finn Adams.  He graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1956.  Kay enlisted in the US Army and was stationed in Germany and California.  He married Maureen Lindburg of Pocatello; they later divorced.

Kay worked in computer security for AEC and Aero Jet General.  He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  Kay enjoyed gardening and grew a wonderful vegetable garden and fruit trees.  He also raised rabbits.

He is survived by a brother, Douglas R. (Arlene) Adams of Shelley, Idaho.

Kay was preceded in death by his parents; sister, JoAnn Christensen; and brother, Francis Clair Adams.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Rigby Pioneer Cemetery. Services are under the care of Eckersell Funeral Home in Rigby.  Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.eckersellfuneralhome.com
