Robert Scott Monson

Robert Scott Monson, age 65, of Rigby, passed away, at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, Wednesday August 19, 2015. Robert was born July 1, 1950 in Idaho Falls, Idaho a son of Neils Nevelle and Florence Pack Monson. He served in the United States Air Force On December 12, 1969 he married Sherri Lynn Spaulding in Rigby, They were later divorced. He then married Brenda Madeline Ramos, October 18, 1991 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Survivors include: wife Brenda Monson of Rigby; daughter, Jolene Monson of Boston, Mass., three sons; Mike (Marisa) Monson of Shelley, Gary (Lisa) Monson of Rigby, and Scott Monson of Idaho Falls, sister; Diane (Terry) Hanson of Rigby, brother; Roger (Faye) Monson of Leadore, four grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Monte and Don Eugene a sister Florence and a granddaughter Ashlee Reese. Memorial Services will be held Saturday August 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Rigby 3rd Ward LDS Chapel with Bishop Corey, Beebe officiating. The family will visit with friends on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the church.
