Roberta Klepich, 66, of Parker, formerly of Rigby, died April 15, 2010, in Rexburg.
She was born November 8, 1943, in Logan, Utah, to Orson Francis Hutchinson and Chloe Agnes Pease Hutchinson. She was raised and attended schools in Rockland, Salmon, and Blackfoot, graduating from Blackfoot High School. She received training as a L.P.N. at Bannock Memorial Hospital in Pocatello and worked there until her marriage. On November 12, 1963, she married David Paul Klepich in the Idaho Falls, LDS Temple.
Roberta was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served as Relief Society President twice, once in Scotland, as Primary President, as Young Women’s MIA and she served as an ordinance worker in the Rexburg LDS Temple. She enjoyed the outdoors, was an avid horse person and enjoyed art, especially oil painting.
She is survived by her husband; David P. Klepich, of Parker, daughters; Rebecca Snow (Brett) Barney, of Sterling, Nebraska Sela K. Parsons, of Rigby, Naomi (John L. ) Powell, of Rexburg, Elizabeth (O. Wayne) Harding, of Nampa, Mary (Andy G. ) Boyle, of Butte, Montana, sons; Peter Gabriel (Heather A.) Klepich, of Idaho Falls, David Israel Klepich, of Idaho Falls, Michael Jedediah Klepich, of Palo Alto, California, sisters; Julia (James) Davis, of Island Park, Carol (Mike) Hoover, of Blackfoot, Brothers; David (Sally) Hutchinson, of Las Vegas, Nevada, Dan (Lana) Hutchinson, of Salmon, Royce (Shirley) Hutchinson, of Preston, and 21 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 19, 2010, at the Parker LDS Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Sunday, April 18, 2010 at Eckersell Memorial Chapel, 101 West Main Street, Rigby, and from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Parker Cemetery, under the care of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
