Rocky G. Casper, 53, of Idaho Falls, died September 11, 2010 at his home.
He was born June 18, 1957, in Rigby, to Floyd G. Casper and Barbara Irma Henri Casper. He was raised and attended schools in Idaho Falls, graduating from Skyline High School. He worked in security at INL for 25 years.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was Union President of the UPGWA. As a young man he enjoyed showing horses. Rocky enjoyed trail riding.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara Casper, of Idaho Falls, daughters, Cammeron (Cavron) Mortensen, of Idaho Falls, Kelbee Casper, of Idaho Falls, a sister, Toni Marie Clevenger, of New Mexico, and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and his grandparents.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon, at the Cache Clawson Cemetery, Friday, September 17, 2010. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m., to 10:30 a.m., Friday, at Eckersell Memorial Chapel, 101 West Main Street, Rigby, prior to graveside services at the cemetery. Services are under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
