Ronda May Brower Dunn, 62 of St. Anthony, Idaho died Monday, May 4, 2015 at Homestead Assisted Living Center in St. Anthony after a short battle with brain cancer. Ronda was born August 18, 1952 in St. Anthony to Delton Ray Brower and Larena Palmer Brower. She was raised in Wilford, attended Teton Elementary and graduated from South Fremont High School. She continued her education at Ricks College in Rexburg. She worked for South Fremont School District 215, as a bus driver and teacher’s aide. She also worked in the Assessor’s office at the Fremont County Court House and for Madison Memorial Hospital as an admitting clerk. Ronda was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; she served as Librarian and Young Women’s Camp Director and in various other callings and service. She enjoyed coaching her kids in sports, playing volleyball and softball, supporting her nieces and nephews and grandchildren in their sports, working in her yard, and making blankets for her grandchildren. She loved serving others and she loved her family and friends. She is survived by her mother, Larena Brower Young, of St. Anthony, children, Cade (Racquel) Dunn, of Pleasant Grove, UT, Michelle Fenn, of Alpine, WY, Judd (Melissa) Dunn, of St. Anthony, Trevor Dunn of Bountiful, UT, Brittney (Adam) Crapo of Orem, UT, sisters, Sandy (Carl) Carlson, of Salem, Jill (Russ) Miller, of St. Anthony, Melanie Smith, of Anchorage, AK, brother, Todd (Brenda) Brower, of St. Anthony, and 9 grandchildren, Kendrick, Makenna and Kale Dunn, Madalyn Fenn, Trey, Brynlee, Georgia Dunn, Daxton Dunn, and Maverick Crapo. She was preceded in death by her father, Delton Ray Brower, and grandparents, Lansing Ray and Viola Brower and Robert and Nana Palmer. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 8, 2015 at the Wilford LDS Chapel with Bishop Todd Brower conducting. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday and from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Friday, both at the church. Burial will be in the Wilford Cemetery. Services are under the care of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby. The family expresses their appreciation to Homestead Assisted Living Center, The Huntsman Cancer Institute and all the local medical staff for their loving care toward Ronda.
