Ruth Fullmer

Ruth Fullmer, 96, of Blackfoot, passed away Saturday, May 7th 2016 at Bingham Memorial Extended Care in Blackfoot. Ruth was born April 2, 1920 in Aberdeen, Idaho a daughter to Lawrence Delos Thornton and Anne Luella Farnsworth Thornton. She married Myron Donald Fullmer June 17th 1938 in Mackay, Idaho. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple, July 30th, 1958. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and worked in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple for five years. She is survived by two sons; Myron George Fullmer of Pocatello and Vern Jay Fullmer of Blackfoot, five grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her parents, her husband, nine sisters, 2 brothers and a daughter Sandra. Graveside Services will be held Thursday, May 12th 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Barton Cemetery, Challas, Idaho under the care of Eckersell Memorial Chapel, 101 West Main Street, Rigby, ID. 83442.
