Sandra Jean Larson

Sandra Jean Larson, 78 of Riggins, Idaho passed away Friday, June 30, 2017 at her daughter’s home in Rigby, Idaho. Sandra was born December 21, 1938, in Council, Idaho to Earl R. White and Margaret L. Coons White. She was raised and attended schools in Council, and graduated from Council High School.  She attended Business School in Boise, earning a business certificate.  She Married Clair Anderson, he preceded her in death.  She then married Arlan Rooks, they later divorced.  In 1985 she married Gale Clarence Larson. Sandra worked for Bingham Memorial as a switch board operator, and in the accounting department. She then worked for Milestone in Blackfoot, and later for Groves Constructions as the Pay Master.  After her retirement, she and Gale moved to Riggins, Idaho.  Sandra learned to hunt, fish and ride horses from her dad. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and being in the outdoors.  She especially loved her grandchildren and doing activities with them.  She is survived by her husband, Gale Larson, of Riggins, Idaho, daughter, son Michael C. (Darlene) Anderson, of Cascade, Idaho, Robin D. (Dana) Killian of Rigby, 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husbands, Clair Anderson. A private family celebration will be held at a later date.
