Susan Leora Brown

Susan Leora Brown, 70, of Rigby, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2023.

She was born on July 12, 1953 to Larry Boyce Brown and Minnie Herbst Brown.

Susan attended Rigby Schools, and Idaho State University in Pocatello. She worked for the Holt Arena at ISU, Sears in Pocatello, Key Bank in Pocatello, Hospital South in Blackfoot and the College of Technology for ISU.

Susan was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and was the organist for her ward.

She enjoyed reading, cooking, crossword puzzles, and cats.

Susan is preceded in death by her parents, Larry and Minnie Brown; and her brother-in-law Randy Leavitt. She is survived by her siblings Sally B Leavitt of Rigby ID, Mathew B (Sachiko) Merrill of Kennewick WA, Sara (Cody) Kelly of Rigby ID and great nephews Eldrich Merrill, Zayden Kelly and Xander Kelly.

A graveside service will be held for Susan on Monday, September 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery.
