Susan Ann Hodges

Susan Ann Hodges age 50, of Rigby died Monday, January 1, 2007 at the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Susan was born January 1, 1957 in Bellflower, California a daughter of Jerome Bernard Ebenkamp and Leanore Claire Layton Ebenkamp. She attended school at Victor Elementary, West Torrance High School, El Camino Jr. College in Gardena, California and the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California where she received her doctorate of Pharmacy (PHARM D). She worked at Dr’s Hospital in Manteca, California. She was a member of Quail Lake Baptist Church in Stockton, California. She was an artist, painter, seamstress, published writer, but her favorite job was being a mother and home schooling her children. Survivors include her husband Randy Hodges of Rigby, daughters Alison Joy Hodges of Stockton, California, Hannah Rose Hodges of Rigby, son Jackson Ryan Hodges of Rigby parents Jerome and Leanore Ebenkamp of Henderson, Nevada, sister Karen (Paul) Kromer of Torrance, California, brother Brian (Iliana) Ebenkamp of Lomita, California, grandmother May Hodges, and daughter-in-law of DeWayne and Gayle Hodges. Susan was preceded in death by her grandparents. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Eckersell Memorial Chapel on Thursday, January 4, 2007. The family will visit with friends on Wednesday evening from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. and on Thursday for one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery.
