Todd Ray Howe, 53, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021, at his home in Rigby, Idaho. He was born November 18, 1967, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, the son of Monte Ray Howe and Iva Lou Davies Thornock. Todd graduated in 1986 from Idaho Falls High School. He then began working at the Paris Cafe in Idaho Falls where he later met his wife, Kathy Lynn Summers. They married on July 10, 1991. They were blessed with two children, his favorite son Nick, and his favorite daughter Natalie. Todd was a former partner at the Outback Steakhouse in Idaho Falls and was with the company for 20 years. He was an excellent cook and loved to experiment with new recipes. He especially loved cooking for his family, or anyone who would eat it. Todd golfed for many years, and he loved building things, anything from a bookshelf to a garage. Todd enjoyed music trivia, playing board games with his family, and always picking the movie for family movie night. But his favorite thing of all was to always be right, no matter what the topic is about. Todd will be missed severely by his family. He is survived by his wife Kathy and his children, Nick and Natalie. He is also survived by his sister, Robin (Kris) Whickman. Brothers, Shane Howe, Mike (Janet) Howe, Mitch (Tammy) Howe, Brett (Tammie) Howe, and his other brother Todd (Hilllary) Mitchell. He is preceded in death by his parents, Monte Howe and Iva Lou Thornock. A celebration of life will be taking place on Sunday, September 12th at a family member's house.
