Tonia Jean Juenke

Tonia Jean Juenke, 74, peacefully passed away on November 20, 2023 at Rigby Lake Assisted Living with her niece by her side. She was under the care of Hands of Hope Hospice.

She was born on April 29, 1949 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Robert Wareham and Alice Winder Wareham.

During her life, she lived in Texas, Idaho, and Montana. Tonia worked as a laborer.

Tonia was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved collecting and making jewelry, reading romance books, making dream catchers, cross-stitching and watching old Westerns.

She is preceded by her parents Alice and Robert Wareham, stepfather Carl Danielson, two sisters, four brothers and her son Shane Kirk Wareham.

Tonia is survived by her brothers Carl Danielson of Rigby and LaWayne (Lisa) Danielson of Rexburg; three grandchildren Kodie Wareham of Glendive, MT, Sienna Wareham of Austin, TX, and Morris Wareham of Lewisville, ID. Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Tonia will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be held on Tonia’s honor on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Eckersell Memorial Chapel (101 W. Main St. Rigby, ID 83442).
