Tonie Rae Kraupp, 58, passed away peacefully at her home in Ririe, Idaho. She was born June 11, 1961 in Rupert, Idaho to Linda Hinton. She was lovingly raised by her mother, her father Jim Brauburger, and her step-mother Peggy Brauburger.
Tonie attended schools in Rupert, Idaho. She married Jeff Kraupp on September 18, 1999. Jeff later died on October 29, 2006. She spent the last 10 years with her sweetheart, Kent Gallup.
She suffered a severe stroke 5 years ago and had to depend on loved ones to care for her. Kent was always by her side. He loved her and took care of her. She had a good life with Kent.
Tonie was a hard worker her entire life. She worked for Webster Produce and Rigby Produce. She also had a chance to work at the Ririe Senior Citizen Centers Meals on Wheels program. She loved spending time visiting with and delivering food to people in need. She made many new friendships while delivering meals.
She had simple loves in life: Riding horses, dogs, her cat (Miss Kitty), going fishing, drawing, and spending time with family, friends, and her 10 grandchildren. She was a spit fire, had a contagious laugh, and was free spirited. She loved going on rides with Kent and going fishing with him. She loved to out fish him and would always have a big smile on her face when she was fishing. They would go get loads of wood for the winter.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren. They always had a special place in her heart for each one of them. She loved listening to their stories and watching them grow.
Tonie is survived by her loving companion, Kent Gallup, of Ririe Idaho. Her daughter, Tiffany Dry, of Caldwell, Idaho. Sister, Tanya Iverson, of Wasilla, Alaska.
