Tracy Jean Hall

Tracy Jean Hall-Carter Born July 23rd 1977 in Murray Utah Passed away suddenly Feb. 11th 2016 Her life was cut short by a life-long struggle with addiction. She was born to Rodney Hall ( Elizabeth ) and Jeanne Judd. ( George ) The loving mother of Christina and Shontell Carter; the wife of Shon Carter. Tracy had a very unique sense of humor that lit up the room everywhere she went. Tracy’s daughters were the light of her life. She referred to Christina as Mini-me or Boo and Shontell as Mae. She is survived by her daughters, parents, brother Jesse Hall ( Rachelle ), sister Amber Altenreid ( Brian ), Brook Hall, grandmother Beverly Rocks, grandpa Glenn Hall and many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Preceded in death by her grandma Barbara Hall, grandpa Eugene Rocks and cousin Brenda Perry. As Tracy liked to say, “Walk amongst the stars, and remember to live your life to the fullest, hopes and dreams are so much more… be a legacy.”
