Travis Paul Fielding

Travis Paul Fielding, born July 4, 1981, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The son of Trish Fielding of Rigby, Idaho and Bret Fielding of Billings, Montana. The oldest of four children.

In his teen years he worked for Karl Kelley, moving pipe for several years. At 13 years of age, he obtained his Eagle Scout.

Travis attended Shelley High School and graduated in 2000. He served 14 years in the United States Army Reserve and Idaho Army National Guard obtaining the rank of Staff Sergeant, during his service he served two tours in Iraq.

He married Casey Hart in September 20, 2008, and soon after they welcomed their first son, Kayl. They divorced in 2020.

At the time of his death, he worked at NW Cosmetic Lab in Idaho Falls. He loved camping, fishing, spending time with his family, and most of all being with his son Kayl.

Survived by his son, parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Kayl Fielding of Utah, Trish Fielding of Rigby, ID, Bret Fielding of Billings, Montana, Bret Kyle (Julia) Fielding, Joshua (Brittney) Fielding, and Kara (Ed) Villanueva of Rigby, ID. 4 nieces, 6 nephews, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and great aunts and uncles.

Proceeded in death by his two sons, Joshua Leland Fielding and Myron Bret Fielding, grandparent and great grandparents.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Eckersell Funeral Home, 101 West Main Street, Rigby, Idaho. The family will meet with friends from 10:00-10:50 prior to the funeral services. Interment will follow at the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery.
