Vaunda Rae Gahart

Vaunda Rae Gahart, 75 of Menan, died Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. She was born October 31, 1939 in Menan, Idaho to George “Bill” William Wilson and Emma Leah Lane Wilson. She attended schools in Menan and Rigby. In October of 1956 she married John Robert Collier in Rigby, Idaho; they made their home in Elk Grove California where they raised their family. He preceded her in death. In March of 1982 she married Lonnie Gahart in Elk Grove California; he preceded her in death. After retiring, she moved back to Menan. Vaunda enjoyed working in her yard and garden and loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed. She is survived by her daughter Rhonda Rae (Ron) Terry, of Fallon, Nevada, sons, Randy J. (Ann) Collier, of Menan, Johnny Kirk (Janna) Collier, of Menan, brother, Danny K. (Mary Jane) Wilson, of Willard, Utah, 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, 2 sisters and 5 brothers, a daughter Ralyn, a son, Darrin and a granddaughter, Tyler.
