Vicki Jean Corgatelli, age 60, of Rigby, died Saturday November 16, 2013 in Pocatello, Idaho. Vicki was born in Twin Falls, Idaho to William C. Kent and Ethel Jean Hill Kent. She attended schools in Acequia and Minidoka graduating from Minidoka High School. Following graduation she attended Ricks College and Idaho State University. As an avid horsewoman she was a member of the Minidoka Wranglers and the 4-H club in Rupert. She competed in many rodeos and was Rupert Rodeo Queen in 1970. She was a member of the EIRA where she competed in Barrel Racing. She married Roger Allen Corgatelli March 14, 1974 in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. She was an active member of the LDS Church serving as the Primary President, Cub Scout Leader, Visiting Teacher, Nursery Leader, and in the Relief Society. She enjoyed horses, rodeos, painting, camping, and playing the piano. More than anything, she loved spending time with her family. She is survived by: her husband, Roger Allen Corgatelli, of Rigby, two daughters, Christa Jean Corgatelli and Heather Dawn (William) Hall, two sons, Shane Allen (Aliena) Corgatelli and Michael Ray Corgatelli all of Rigby, and 6 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 21, 2013, at the Rigby East Stake Center. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday at Eckersell Memorial Chapel, 101 W. Main Street, Rigby, and from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m., prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
