Vicki Lynn Foster Hope

Vicki Lynn Foster Hope, 48, of Boise, formerly of Rigby went to be with her father in Heaven on April 13, 2007 at her home. She was born September 26, 1958 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Kent and Judy Foster. She attended school in Rigby and graduated from Rigby High School. She received her LPN in Nursing at VoTech. Vicki was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed attending the Temple. She also enjoyed teaching swimming lessons, spending time with her family snowmobiling, jet skiing and camping at Warm River. On May 30, 1980 she married Shelby Hope in Clark. Their marriage was solemnized in the Idaho Falls L.D.S. Temple on January 4, 1989. They moved to Boise in 1994. Survivors include her husband Shelby J. Hope of Boise, daughter Sheldy (Ted) Gripp, and son Rowdy J. Hope of Boise, Idaho, her mother Judy D. Foster of Rigby, a brother Jerry (Helene) Foster of Rigby, a sister Terry (Troy) Nelson of Ririe and one grandson Wyatt Gripp of Boise. She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents. Funeral services will be held at the Clark Shelton church on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. The family will meet with friends on Tuesday, April 17, 2007 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby, Idaho and prior to the services at the church from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Interment will be in the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery. A memorial tribute will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Meridian 11th Ward L.D.S. Church (5645 S. Maple Grove (between Desert and Lake Hazel) in Boise, Idaho.
