Wanda Hall Larsen, 83 of Rigby passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2008. She was born January 28, 1925 at Tetonia, a daughter of Earl Clark Hall and Eva Mae Stewart Hall. She attended schools in Annis and graduated from Midway High School. September 30, 1946 she married Leonard Glenn Larsen at Dillon, Montana. Their marriage was later solemnized In the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.
She worked as a Clerk in Rigby and in Idaho Falls and as the Midway High School Librarian. She was an active member of the LDS Church and served in many positions. She enjoyed music, reading and being a grandmother.
She is survived by two daughters, Vel (Wayne) Swallow, of Draper, UT, and Jennett (Gerald) Gallegos, of Idaho Falls, three sons, Rod (Betty) Larsen of Las Vegas, NV, Mike (Debbie) Larsen of Lancaster, CA and Gary (Millie) Larsen of Evanston, WY, Three sisters Maurine Radford of Annis, RaNae Porter of Rexburg and Shirley Overy of Green River, WY, three brothers, Melvin (Viola) Hall of Menan, Lindy Hall of Shelley, and Ronald (Helen) Hall of South America, twenty-one grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a grandson, Scott Swallow and a brother, Elmo Hall.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 7, 2008 at the Rigby Stake Center. The family will visit with friends from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. prior to services at the Stake Center. Burial will be in the Annis Little Butte Cemetery, under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
