Wayne Thomas Fyfe, 65, of Idaho Falls, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. Wayne was born September 23, 1950 in Idaho Falls, a son to Myrtus Willard and Geraldine Marie Clarke Fyfe. He grew up in Archer and Lyman and graduated from Madison High School. He married Zina Colleen Howell, October 3, 1969 in Rexburg, their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he taught primary for twelve years and served in the Boy Scouts. He owned Wayne’s Plumbing and Heating in Rexburg for thirty years. He belonged to the GWRRA Motorcycle Club. He was involved with Make A Wish Foundation. He enjoyed camping, fishing and boating, was a licensed pilot, and enjoyed flying radio controlled airplanes. He is survived by his wife Colleen Fyfe of Idaho Falls, a daughter, Lisa Marie (Corey) Albertson of Grant, two sons, Keith (Nikoli) Fyfe of Ammon and Shawn (Shamra) Fyfe of Ririe, a sister Sandra (Don) Cress of Rexburg, three brothers, Bill (Doris) Fyfe of Rexburg and David (Dianna) Fyfe of Shelley, Patrick (Erika) Fyfe, of Idaho Falls, eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Lyman LDS Chapel, 1952 West 6000 South, Rexburg, Idaho. The family will visit with friends Monday, May 23, 2016 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Eckersell Memorial Chapel, 101 West Main Street, Rigby, and on Tuesday, from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the Lyman Church. Burial will be in the Sutton Cemetery.
