William “Billy Wayne” Wayne Walker Jr., 52, of Lewisville, ID passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at East Idaho Regional Medical Center of Injuries sustained in an auto accident. Billy was born August 11, 1964 in Rexburg, ID, the son of William Wayne Walker and Patricia Ruth Gneiting Walker. Billy Wayne grew up in Lewisville, ID and attended schools at Menan Elementary, Midway Jr. High School and Rigby High School. He graduated from Rigby High School in 1982. Most of his life he worked on the Walker Family Farm. In his earlier years, he worked as a bouncer at Muddys and The Skyway Bar in Idaho Falls. He owned a mobile truck and trailer wash in North Dakota and bought, repaired and sold cars. He was always looking for a great deal. Some of Billy Wayne’s favorite things were fishing, hunting, Harley Davison Motorcycles, the Green Bay Packers and being involved in his boy’s sports. He was known for his smile, big burley laugh and giving bear hugs as he lifted you off the ground. He had a generous giving heart, always lending a helping hand. Billy Wayne is survived by his children; Jett W. Walker of Rigby, ID, Kayde Lee Weiss of Ririe, ID, Jake Morris of Rigby, ID, Wendy Morris of Idaho Falls, ID, Justin Hamberlin of Rigby, ID, Jessica Halverson of Rigby, ID, Rebecca Halverson of Rigby, ID. His sisters: LuAnn (Larry) Dixon of Lewisville, ID and Jeanette Nukaya of Idaho Falls, ID. Several nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents. A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Lewisville LDS 2nd Ward Chapel (101 E Main Street, Lewisville, ID). The family will meet with friends on Friday, July 21, 2017 from 6:30 to 8:00 PM and again on Saturday prior to services from 9:30 to 10:45 AM both at the Lewisville LDS 2nd Ward Chapel. Interment will be in the Lewisville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations can be made to help with funeral arrangements.
