Pamella Jane Cardwell

Pamella Jane Cardwell, 76, passed away Tuesday February 6, 2024 at Idaho Falls Community Hospital.

She was born September 10, 1947 to James Fredrick Hall and Jamie Lucille Lybrand Hall in Ashland, Oregon. Pamella graduated from Klamwath Falls High School and was attending Oregon State University when she married Robert Terrel Cardwell.

They were married March 29, 1969 in Corvalis, Oregon. Their marriage was later solemnized for time and all eternity in the Oakland, California Temple.

Pamella was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved serving in Primary.

Pamella loved gardening, knitting, flowers, scrapbooking, and writing children’s stories.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers Bruce and John; and her sister Nancy.

Pamella is survived by her husband Robert Terrel Cardwell of Rigby, ID; children Tracy (Devon) Kerbs of Butte, MT, Pamella (David) West of Idaho Falls, ID, Heather (John) Peterson of Idaho Falls, ID, Scott (Amanda) Cardwell of Rigby, ID, Dale Cardwell of Ashton, ID and Michael (Marion) Cardwell of Rigby, ID; brothers Fredrick James (Jim) Hall of Ashland, OR, and Steve (Kelly) Bailew of Portland, OR. Pamela has 17 grandchildren that she loved and adored.

Graveside Services for Pamella will be held Friday, February 9, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery.
