Terry is a graduate of Mount Hood College of Mortuary Science in Gresham, Oregon and is licensed to practice in Idaho and Utah. 

Terry and his brother Laine represent the third generation of their family at Eckersell Funeral Home.


"I have been able to work in the funeral home from a young age, giving assistance where needed. One of my greatest memories is being able to leave school to play Taps for veterans services." 


Terry is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Idaho Funeral Service Association as Vice President. He has had many opportunities to be involved in our  community. From coaching sports to teaching skills in scouts and skiing. From filling responsibilities in church to serving on community boards and being a friend and neighbor.


His wife (Shauna Woodhouse) grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho. They have two sons and two daughters. Our family has grown, and now we have a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. Life couldn't be better.

Braden is a Funeral Director and Mortician with Eckersell Funeral Home. He is the son of Brad and Tina Youngstrom. He was born and raised in Rigby, Idaho. He graduated from Rigby High School in 2018.


 He played 4 years of varsity football and worked on one of the largest cattle ranches in Idaho from the age of  14 until he started with Eckersell Funeral Home in 2021.


Braden loves the outdoors, snowmobiling, hunting, camping, and packing on horses into the backcountry as well as shooting guns. He is a Distinguished Graduate in firearms training from Front Sight. 


He graduated form North East Texas Community College in Mt. Pleasant, Texas in December 2024, with an associates degree in Mortuary Science and Funeral Service. 


Braden's father Brad has worked for Eckersell Funeral Home since 1997. Growing up, Braden has had the privilage to help his dad with things around the funral home whether that is cleaning the train room down stairs or helping with calls on occasion.

Braden married Baylee Waters (daughter of Paul and Laura Waters)  in April of 2022. They have one son, Maverik. They reside in Rigby, Idaho.

Tina Youngstrom has been a secretary at Eckersell Funeral Home for over a year, though newer to her role, Tina is no stranger to funeral service. She and her husband Brad lived at Eckersell Funeral Home for a year during Brad’s apprenticeship and then onto Bateman Carroll Funeral Home in Oregon while Brad attended Mount Hood Community College, where he studied mortuary science. 


Tina grew up in Florence, Montana, and graduated from Florence-Carlton High School. She later moved to Idaho, where she earned her associate degree in Office Education from Ricks College in 1996. For the past 29 years, Tina has devoted herself to being a stay-at-home mom, a role she deeply cherishes. She also enjoys serving in a variety of callings within her church which as been an important part of her life. She especially loved coaching her children in basketball and supporting them in all of their activities.


Tina and Brad are the parents of six children, and they are grateful to now work alongside their oldest son, Braden, who is also part of the team at Eckersell Funeral Home.


Tina has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, and spending time with her family. She also values continued learning and is a graduate of Front Sight Firearms Training Institute. Above all, Tina has a genuine love for people and finds great fulfillment in serving others. She has truly enjoyed her time at Eckersell Funeral Home and feels honored to be a part of her community.
